When will my order ship? Most in stock items ship within 24 hours of your order printing in our warehouse. Most back ordered items ship within 24 hours of the back ordered products becoming complete and available.
Standard Shipping: "Your" Electric Supply, Inc. uses UPS to ship most items under 150lbs and within certain size limits set by UPS. Larger items are shipped by truck line delivery. The truck line companies we use vary based on destination and other factors. Trucking companies sometimes charge extra fees after the delivery is made for certain things. Example; lift gate requirements, residential deliveries, jobsite deliveries, appointment required, etc. Each trucking company has their own extra fee policy. We are not always aware of the requirements to make your delivery so sometime these fees are billed after the delivery is made. The customer IS responsible for any additional fees. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to difficult shipping destinations.
We reserve the right to change your shipping method or carrier: In order to expedite your order we may need to change the carrier or method of delivery. While we try to stock every item we sell on the website, there are some items that run out of stock or we do not stock yet. In these cases, if we can have the items shipped directly from the manufacturer, this greatly speeds up our ability to deliver the item quickly.
Damage: Should your items arrive damaged, it is the customer’s responsibility to refuse the damaged product and send it back with the delivery driver and to contact "Your" Electric Supply to inform us of the damaged product and refusal. Any claims regarding your shipment must be filed with "Your" Electric Supply, Inc. within 3 business days of delivery.
We accept returns up to 30 days after the day you receive your order. Please contact us to obtain return authorization and instructions. Your returned products must be in brand new condition and in the original packaging. Unpackaged, damaged, or special order products may not be accepted for return. Restocking fees may apply. Freight may not be refundable. All returns are subject to inspection and management approval. Please provide sufficient time for inspection and approval of your return after we receive it.
